CARCASS - Download Game
Carcass is a PSX horror game developed by ToothAndClaw where you play as someone who aims to feed on the healthy organs of dead people on a completely destroyed Earth in a post-apocalyptic period.
In Carcass, we have PSX visuals and first-person gameplay where you need to collect bodies and open them on a table to consume organs that will expand your mind and make you inject something - not shown in the game - into a host that, over time, will begin to undergo mutations. This creature is not shown at any point in the game, but it manages to create tension and mystery during the game.
