ENTERTAIN ME: A Horror Game where You Try to Sleep but Bizarre Events Plague You
Entertain Me is an indie psychological horror game in the first person produced by TheMinusel and published on February 14th of this year, on the indie gaming platform "itch.io". The game, like others from TheMinusel, has no definite plot: here you are a man who, on a night like any other, turns off his TV and goes to sleep. The problem is that, just out of nowhere, your TV turns on again, alone, while you go to your room. From then on, your perception of space and reality begins to distort, to the point where you don't even know what is real and what is a dream.
Going straight to the point here, the TheMinusel games are well known for being simple, but bizarre. What happens in Entertain Me is the same in Memento Mori and Last Present: games that start with a simple premise, but that in a matter of minutes turns into something completely distorted from reality. Monsters and/or deformed people, use of music and videos at the end of the game, dimensions that open up in the most unlikely places. Anyway, all fruit of the developer's peculiar mind.
The graphics are in the same style seen in the other games of TheMinusel, something very basic but that works on the premise of being a world out of reality. The game is short but worth it for those who like something different, as in many other games from the developer.
