JUST STOPPING BY: A Post-Trip Stop Turns Into a Bizarre Nightmare in this Horror Game

Just Stopping By is an indie first-person adventure game with a touch of psychological horror that was produced by 1AM TRAIN and published on April 17th of this year on the itch.io platform. In Just Stopping By you're on a long trip through Germany with your friend Jodie, and one night, you both stop at a convenience store in the middle of nowhere. Your goal, initially, was to go to the bathroom and get back on the road, and that's what happens, however, when you leave the bathroom, you find yourself involved in a strange experience, and your goal now is to try to find a way to escape.

Here we have another game that uses the same style that started with the famous Backrooms, where you come across a huge place full of corridors. The gameplay is very simple and consists of moving, looking and interacting, nothing more. The graphics part is pretty cool because it's a visual inspired by PSX games, but with a superimposed filter to hide the jagged graphics.

The game features two endings depending on which path you choose in the last act, however the endings do not differ from each other, which makes the game less interesting when it comes to replay.
