Parking Garage Rally Circuit is an incredible game with PSX aesthetics inspired by Sega Saturn racing games and developed by Walaber Entertainment LLC where you compete in races inside a parking lot using precise controls and physics reminiscent of 90s arcades.
In Parking Garage Rally Circuit, you have very good and nostalgic visuals that simulate Sega Saturn games quite faithfully and it is clear even when representing the lack of transparency that the Sega Saturn used, and as a solution, the use of dithering, which is when, to create the transparency effect, one painted pixel and another empty one were used.
The game mixes the rally and circuit genres where one car races at a time, but on circuits, creating a good mix of genres and making the fun factor satisfactory.
