Steel Legion is a 2D metroidvania game for NES/Famicom developed by Aeon & Star Interactive where you play as a futuristic soldier in a cyberpunk world where your objective is to destroy a dangerous A.I.
In Steel Legion you have visuals with small sprites but with good art and a world where the gameplay encourages the exploration of areas that are interconnected, generating a large map in the best metroidvania style, full of secrets, enemies and secret passages.
