The Pest-Doctor of Wippra is a short point-and-click indie adventure game that is being produced by DctrElectro in conjunction with Second Quest Games. A "prototype" version, produced in two weeks for #105AdventureJam, was published on October 10th of this year, on the indie gaming platform itch.io. In the game, you follow a tale about a young doctor in the middle of a plague in medieval Germany. Your objective is to deliver a letter to your teacher, where he reports the effects of the plague and a possibility that he has found a cure. But that journey will be difficult, as he will be pursued by both the royal guard and the Catholic Church, which accuses him of witchcraft.

The Pest-Doctor of Wippra has a pixelated visual style that refers to games of the genre in the 80s and 90s, which makes the game very nostalgic. All the action happens due to the mouse, where the same button you use to look at an item is the same one used to talk, or interact.

There is not much to say about the game other than what has already been said here. With a very interesting plot based on historical events, simple gameplay and an almost nostalgic visual style, The Pest-Doctor of Wippra is a great adventure that deserves some attention.
