World Fighting Soccer 22 is a 2d soccer game developed by Melko Game Clube where you play soccer matches in a gameplay that is very reminiscent of fighting games with retro visuals inspired by SNES and Neo Geo games.
The game has a simple gameplay that consists of ball disputes while avoiding direct confrontations with the opponent, choosing the best moment of reaction to gain more and more space in the stadium until the goal is scored. However, the game is linear and there is no freedom to explore the stadium in all directions, just left and right, which makes each match a true 2d fight scenario.
The game is on trial and has only the versus mode available with only a few teams available and no stadium or time options.
